Fear can be defined as “our emotional reaction to something that seems dangerous”

You are scared of failing, but how can you be so sure you will fail , when you haven’t even tried?
It has been told that the only thing we have to fear - is fear itself. Fear is the only thing that keeps us away from doing whatever it is we want to do in life. Unfortunately, most people misunderstand the concept of fear. Fear is just an illusion. Fear is being scared of the possibility of something bad happening, even if it hasn’t happened yet. You think the dog passing next to you in the park is going to bite you, but it hasn’t bitten you yet. You are all just making it up in your head, and by obeying to these fears you let fear take control over you.
“What if we thought of fear as an amazing act of the imagination, something that can be as profound and insightful as storytelling itself?” - Karen Thompson on the What fear can teach us Ted talk.
The painting above is dedicated to the fear of failure.
